THE 14 5/8” WOOD CHESSBOARD IS ACTUALLY A 64 PIECE JIGSAW PUZZEL and I find it a rather challenging one. THE 24 CHECKER DISCS ARE WOODEN as are the 32 CHESS PIECES…..ALL UNIQUELY HANDMADE.

GREAT FIND after closing IDEAS AND OBJECTS’ brick and mortar store. Over the years many a favorite retired “object” came home with me….and this was one that was tucked away except for a once or twice attempt by me to relearn chess and then shelved for years.
