the brass tone metal pieces are sturdy and will serve you well.  I stll have my personal ones working has clothing hooks on my door and also as the tie back hardware for my home window treatment.  These were never used and found in the RETIRED treasures as we closed the brick and mortar store.

Michael Aram is highly inspired by his surroundings and often makes sculptures of objects that might otherwise be overlooked in the everyday. Nature is his biggest muse, as is the handmade process. His work combines the imperfections innate in the handmade process with the perfectly imperfect beauty of nature to create objects that reflect humanity.
