These are twisted to approx. 1.5” x 4” …. You can easily adjust
Cotton and cotton blend fabrics patchworked, sewn into
tubes then turned to right side and filled with multi strands
of wire and enclosed created these bendable sticks.
Then a bit of twisting and bending these became napkin rings
