(and now you know she wears a size 7 shoe)

In 1991 the family owned Harrisburg shoe store, IRVINGS SHOES, organized  a celebrity shoe auction that was held in Strawberry Square. 
Irving’s Shoecase of the Stars benefit auction provided shoes for the homeless.

Whike I was out of town and unable to attend the auction I left my staff with my wishes to purchase the Whoopie Goldberg shoes.  Of course as the bids soared over $150 they knew my budget and then did choose these for their next bidding experience.

Now after 30 years  carefully stored and resting safely these treasures are looking for a new home.
